Yes, our products are 100% authentic. All product on our site is received directly from the brand we are selling and we do not sell second-hand or used product.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00pm EST are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will typically ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

TRACKING IS TELLING ME MY LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED, BUT IT'S NOT TELLING ME WHERE IT IS?

This means your order is being processed and is awaiting to be picked up. The tracking will update once Fedex picks up and scans the shipment.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Your order may have been canceled if your billing and shipping addresses were different or if information was entered incorrectly. Please contact customerservice@alifenewyork.com with your name and order number for more information.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED IF I WON A RAFFLE?

You will be contacted via the email registered to your A.R.C. account typically within 24-48 hours of the release of the product.

DO YOU CONTACT ME IF I HAVEN'T WON?

No, we will only contact those who have won.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

I'M FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE U.S., WHAT IS MY FOOTWEAR SIZE IN U.S. MEASUREMENTS?

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Alife® and Alife Rivington Club will gladly accept returns for product purchased online within 2 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange or return your order, please follow the Alife/A.R.C. Returns form included in your original order shipment. Limited release and final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit. Online orders also cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Items must be in original, unused, unwashed and unaltered condition, returned with original tags and packaging. Please note that international orders are responsible for the cost of return shipping, this includes any international fees associated with shipments held in customs, unless there was a mistake made by Alife/A.R.C.

However if you received the wrong item or the product is damaged, please contact us before returning any product at customerservice@alifenewyork.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact customerservice@alifenewyork.com with your order number in the subject of your email, and let them know you would like to cancel your order. Please note that Alife/A.R.C. are not able to cancel or issue a refund on all orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I GET A REFUND?

We process refunds immediately after we receive the returned product. After this, depending on your bank, it typically takes a few days for the money to become available.
